You will not send any Spam / Junk emails to other members.
You’ll not harass, abuse or harm any member for any reason.
You will not be rude, judgmental or pass personal comments to other members.
RishtasOnline.Com reserves the right to monitor the conduct of members and can cancel your membership at any time based on your behavior.

Member Disputes:
As RishtasOnline.Com is acting only as a facilitator and provide you a platform where you can connect other members, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other RishtasOnline.Com’s Members. RishtasOnline.Com has no obligation to monitor disputes between you and other members.

You understand and agree that:
RishtasOnline.Com may delete any content, photos, messages or profiles that violate the Terms and conditions.
RishtasOnline.Com will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision.
You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display on your profile at RishtasOnline.Com.
By posting Content to any public area of RishtasOnline.Com, you automatically grant the right to the site and its members, an irreversible, worldwide license to use, copy, display and distribute this information and content.

It includes Content that:

Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes.
You agree that you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information on the Site, that:

Any Content and/ or comment/information uploaded by User/You on the Site which is non-compliant with The Information Technology Act, 2000, Rules and regulations, guidelines made there under, user agreement and privacy policy, as amended/re-enacted from time to time, for access or usage of RishtasOnline.Com’s Services/Site/computer resource, the Company has the right to immediately terminate the access or usage rights of the User to the said Services and Site and remove/disable all information including the non-compliant information. Furthermore, the Company shall have the right to take recourse to such remedies as would be available to the Company under the applicable laws.
You must use RishtasOnline.Com Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
You may not include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's and email addresses.

Even after this Agreement is terminated, these provisions will remain in effect.
